Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Turnad is provided by Pierre Antoine Cruz, sole proprietorship (ditta individuale) registered in Italy, VAT number IT18440201004, Via Bartolomeo Diaz, 00154 Rome, Italy (“Turnad”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@socialcart.co. These terms apply to professionals and consumers; where a rule differs for consumers, it says so.

2. The service

Turnad is a studio for producing short vertical videos. You build videos scene by scene, and the Studio generates images, video clips, voice-overs, music and captions with AI models run by specialised providers. You can also connect an AI assistant to your workspaces through our MCP server.

Generation is probabilistic: results vary, may contain errors, and are not guaranteed to match your intent. Review everything before you publish it. We improve the Studio continuously and may add, change or remove features, models and providers.

3. Your account

• You sign in with a link sent by email or with Google. You must be at least 16 to use Turnad, and of legal age to buy a subscription or credits.
• Keep access to your email and Google account secure: anyone who controls them can sign in to Turnad.
• A workspace belongs to the account that pays for it. Members you invite use its credits; you are responsible for what they do in it.

4. Subscription and credits

• The subscription adds 3,500 credits each month. Top-ups are available while your subscription is active. The prices in effect, tax included, are the ones shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase, in the currency offered to the customer. They may change for new purchases. A completed purchase is never changed, and an active subscription keeps the price of its subscription.
• Each generation costs credits. The Studio shows the cost before you confirm it. There is no guaranteed number of videos per month: it depends on what you generate.
• Monthly and top-up credits carry over while your subscription continues. When the subscription ends, they expire at the end of the last paid period. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded, except as the law requires.

5. Payment through Link

Purchases are sold through Link, operated by Stripe, which acts as the reseller of record: it charges you, collects VAT, and sends your receipts and invoices. Link’s own terms apply to the payment. You can view your orders and cancel or update your subscription from Link or from “Manage subscription” in Turnad.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access and your credits until the end of the period already paid, and no partial refund is due for that period, except as the law requires.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from it without giving a reason.

Turnad gives immediate access to the service and credits. Before paying, you tick a box by which you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as you use credits (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). As long as you have not used any credit from the purchase, you can still withdraw and receive a full refund.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement to support@socialcart.co within the 14 days, with the email of your account and the purchase concerned, or use the refund request in Link. We confirm receipt and the refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and to what you generate with Turnad, to the extent the law allows rights in AI-generated output. You give us the licence needed to host, process, generate from and display your content, only to provide the service to you and your workspace.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload (images, audio, logos, brands, texts) and for how you use what you generate. Similar prompts may produce similar results for other users; we do not guarantee that an output is unique.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Turnad to:

• imitate a real person’s face or voice without their consent, or present generated content as real in a way that misleads people;
• create sexual content involving minors, or content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or incites violence;
• infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights;
• send spam, run fraud, or deceive consumers in advertising;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass credit accounting.

Our AI providers apply their own content rules and may refuse a generation.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, after notice where possible. You can close your account at any time by writing to us; see our privacy policy for what happens to your data. If we close your account without a fault on your side, we refund the unused part of the current period.

11. Liability

We provide Turnad with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. For professional customers, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the twelve months before the claim, and excludes indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights of consumers.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. Write to us first: most problems are solved faster that way.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top and, for material changes, notify account holders by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not accept the new terms, you can cancel before that date.
