Privacy Policy

- We collect what we need to run your account, your videos and your subscription. Nothing more.
- If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture, and use them only to sign you in.
- We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use your content or Google data to train AI models.
- Your files and database live on servers in the European Union. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

1. Who we are
Turnad (“Turnad”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Pierre Antoine Cruz, sole proprietorship (ditta individuale) registered in Italy, VAT number IT18440201004, Via Bartolomeo Diaz, 00154 Rome, Italy. We are the data controller for the data described here.

2. What we collect, and why

We do not collect card numbers: payments are handled by Link, operated by Stripe (see below). We do not collect special-category data (health, beliefs and so on) and ask you not to upload it.
3. Signing in with Google
When you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares with us, with your consent, the basic profile information of the scopes openid, email and profile: your Google account identifier, your name, your email address and whether Google has verified it, and your profile picture. Google also gives us sign-in tokens, which we store only to maintain your sign-in.
- We use this data only to create your account and sign you in. If an account already exists with the same verified email address, we link Google to it.
- We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google service.
- We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not share it with third parties except the hosting provider that stores our database, and do not use it to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.
Turnad’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove Turnad’s access at any time from your Google account permissions.
4. AI generation
To produce what you ask for, we send the necessary inputs to specialised AI providers: your prompts, scripts and voice-over text, voice descriptions, and the images or audio a scene uses. They return the generated images, videos, voices, music or transcripts, which we store in your workspace.
We do not use your content to train models. Our providers process it under their business terms to deliver the result; we choose providers whose terms exclude training on API customer data where such an option exists.
5. AI assistants (MCP)
You can connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to your workspaces through our MCP server. The assistant only gets access after you approve it on our consent screen, only to the workspaces and permissions shown there, and you can revoke it at any time. What you type into the assistant is governed by that assistant’s own privacy policy.
6. Who we share data with
We share data only with the providers we need to run Turnad:

We may also disclose data when the law requires it. We never sell your data.
7. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for certified providers) or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Legal bases
- Contract: your account, your content, generation, credits and billing.
- Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, error tracking and aggregate usage measurement, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: signing in with Google, connecting an AI assistant, and any processing for which the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligations: accounting and tax records.
9. How long we keep data
- Account and content: as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it with its content within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
- Credit and purchase records: as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
- Analytics: according to PostHog’s retention settings, aggregated where possible.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to support@socialcart.co; we answer within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the authority of the country where you live.
12. Security
Connections are encrypted, provider keys are stored encrypted, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; we keep the data we hold to what the service needs to limit the risk.
13. Age
Turnad is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
14. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. For material changes, we notify account holders by email before the change applies.
