By joining the waitlist or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Who you're dealing with

This site is operated by Pierre Cruz (EI), a sole proprietorship registered in France (SIREN 821 906 690), 9 Rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France("we", "us"). Contact: hello@turnad.ai.

2. What the waitlist is

Turnad provides a waitlist for upcoming products (Creator, Forum) and, once open, access to those products. Joining the waitlist is free — it is not a purchase, a subscription, or a reservation of any paid plan. Your place on the waitlist does not entitle you to any specific feature, price, or release date.

We may add to, improve, or adjust the products described on the Site over time. Nothing on the Site is a binding commitment about future features, scope, or timing.

3. Joining & confirming

• You join the waitlist by giving us your email address.
• We use double opt-in: you must confirm your email via the link we send before you're added to the list.
• You can unsubscribe at any time — every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link.

4. No payment, no guarantee

We do not take payment to join the waitlist. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date for Creator, Forum, or any other product. When a product opens, we will contact you at the email you provided with details on how to get access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to give us accurate information and not to use the waitlist form to spam, scrape, or abuse the Site. We may remove entries we believe are fraudulent or abusive.

6. Disclaimers & liability

• The Site provides information about upcoming products — not professional, legal, financial, or business advice.
• The Site is provided "as is."To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from your use of the Site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify waitlist members by email. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, and disputes are subject to the competent French courts — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
