Privacy Policy

We keep this short on purpose. Turnad provides a waitlist for upcoming products (Creator, Forum) and, once open, access to those products. We collect the minimum we need to run that waitlist and understand how people find us. Nothing more.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Pierre Cruz (EI), a sole proprietorship registered in France (SIREN 821 906 690), with its registered address at 9 Rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France("we", "us"). For any privacy question, contact us at hello@turnad.ai.
2. What we collect, and why
We only collect data for specific, stated purposes:

We do not sell your data, and we do not collect special-category data (health, beliefs, etc.).
3. Analytics & cookies
We use PostHog to measure how the Site is used and to improve it. By default, analytics run cookieless — an anonymous, first-tier session with no identifying cookie. If you accept our consent banner, analytics are upgraded to an identified, second tier that may set a cookie or use similar local-storage technologies to recognize returning visits.
- We capture UTM parameters on your first visit so we know which channel referred you (first-touch attribution).
- We use analytics to improve the page — not to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
- Our PostHog data is hosted in the EU region.
Consent: Non-essential (identified) analytics are only enabled after you accept our cookie banner. You can decline at any time and continue browsing on the anonymous tier. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
For visitors in the EU/EEA/UK, we rely on:
- Consent — for waitlist confirmation emails (double opt-in) and identified analytics.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the Site secure and understand aggregate usage, balanced against your rights.
5. How long we keep it
- Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe, or after a period of inactivity.
- Analytics: retained in PostHog according to its default retention; aggregated and de-identified where possible.
6. Where your data goes
We use processors that may store or process data outside your country (Resend, PostHog). Where data leaves the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We share data only with the processors listed above, and only to run the service. We will also disclose data if required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR for the EU/EEA/UK, CCPA for California), you can ask us to:
- Access the data we hold about you,
- Correct or delete it,
- Object to or restrict processing,
- Port your data elsewhere,
- Withdraw consent at any time (including unsubscribing from emails — every email has a one-click unsubscribe).
To exercise any of these, email hello@turnad.ai. We'll respond within the time the law requires. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use reputable processors (Resend, PostHog) and reasonable technical measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small to limit risk.
9. Children
The Site is for professional adults and is not directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, notify waitlist members by email.
